 Cabinetry Factory controls quality from the timber to the finished kitchen cabinet, through our strict quality control system. Each cabinet we produce goes through more than 30 quality checkpoints before shipping. We implement the first workpiece inspection and confirmation system. Every worker is required to inspect the quality of the first piece and ensure it meets the quality standard before producing the kitchen order. Vietnam cabinet manufacturer During finishing, QC uses Xread meter to check the color of kitchen cabinet doors every 30 minutes, to ensure color consistency. The finishing line will be stopped to adjust the color in case the reading goes beyond the allowable range. ​At the end of the finishing line, we 100% check every piece of the kitchen cabinet door and drawer front. Any piece found defective is picked out and transferred to the finishing repair department, who decide whether remake, refinish, or fix the problem.​
